Rony Vardi and Leigh Plessner, the company's co-creative directors, have been on the Young Guns panel for the past two years, and they've helped launch the careers of dozens of independent jewelry designers—like 2014 winner Jennie Kwon and 2013 winner Wing Yau of WWAKE.
